Manage your GeoVision subscription:
Workspaces on GeoVision are available in three plans: Free, Starter, and Business. You can view pricing and select the plan that matches your needs at geovision.cloud/pricing.
Subscribe to a Plan
You can upgrade your workspace to a paid plan under Settings → Billing.
- Both monthly and annual billing options are available.
- Charges are applied to a payment card connected to your active subscription.
- Paying via invoice is available for annual contracts above a certain usage limit. Contact us if you are interested in this option.
Paid vs Free Seats
You are only billed for users assigned an Editor seat. Users on Viewer seats are always free. Refer to the Roles and Seats section to learn more.
Buy and Remove Seats
Subscription costs adjust automatically as Admins assign or remove Editor seats under Settings → People.
Buying Editor seats:
To buy an Editor seat, go to the user who needs the seat under Settings → People and upgrade their seat from Viewer to Editor. If no unused Editor seats are available, this will immediately increase the subscription cost by one seat.
Removing and leaving Editor seats:
If a user with an Editor seat leaves the workspace or you remove them, your subscription cost will not be immediately reduced. Their seat remains billed and available until the billing cycle renews.
Automatic billing adjustments:
The number of Editor seats billed is updated at the start of each billing cycle. For example, if you pay for 5 Editor seats and remove one without reassigning it, the subscription will adjust to 4 seats in the next cycle.
Note: If no region is selected, your data will be stored in GeoVision’s default region, optimized for speed and performance.
Change Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription under Settings → Billing.
- Change from monthly to annual billing to receive a 10% discount. Changing from annual to monthly is not currently supported without cancelling and resubscribing.
- Add the Unlimited Projects and Models add-on to remove usage limits on the Starter or Business plan.
- Upgrade to a higher-tier plan as your needs grow.
- Downgrading to a lower-tier plan is not yet publicly available. Please contact us if you wish to do so.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. It will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After cancellation, your workspace becomes read-only, but all data remains intact and accessible.
